A delicious pasta with a creamy mushroom sauce that works well with your favorite mushrooms. A combination of cremini and oyster mushrooms works very well. Simple and fast yet tastes great!

Ingredients
1 tbsp butter
12 oz Cremini mushrooms, sliced (or your favourite blend of wild mushooms)
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/3 cup green onions
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup white wine
2/3 cup cooking cream
2/3 cup parmesan cheese, fresh/grated
2 tbsp fresh italian parsley, chopped
1 lb farfalle, uncooked (or your favorite pasta)
Instructions
Prepare to have pasta cooked and ready in about 15 minutes from starting mushroom sauce ready to add to sauce
Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat
Add mushrooms, onions, green onions, garlic, salt and pepper and sauté for approximately 10 minutes until cooked through and liquid from mushrooms has evaportated
Add wine and continue to sauté for 2 minutes
Add cooked pasta to mushroom mixture and gently stir
Add parmesan cheese, cream and parsley continuing to gently stir
Plate dishes and garnish with additional parmesan cheese and couple leafs of parsley
